The Southern Homelessness Services Network (SHSN) comprises all funded Specialist Homelessness Services in the Southern Region including services providing crisis, transitional, family violence and youth support and accommodation. The SHSN is a resource for the homelessness sector in the South.
This website provides information and resources about homelessness, with a focus on the Southern Region of Melbourne to support improved service coordination among Specialist Homelessness Services as well as allied services working with people experiencing homelessness.

If you are experiencing homelessness or worried that you might be soon, you can call 1800 825 955 and to talk to an Initial Assessment and Planning staff member about your situation.
This call is free from landlines and from most mobile phones. When you call this number you will be connected to the nearest Homelessness Entry Point Service.
