As part of our strategic objective "Strengthening the coordinated homelessness service system in the best interest of clients", the SHSN actively supports the Functional Zero approach to ending homelessness in the Southern region of Melbourne.

There are currently four Functional Zero projects in Melbourne's South working with local councils and local services to end rough sleeping in these council areas - Port Phillip, Stonnington, Frankston, Greater Dandenong.
